OPEN POSITIONS

CASA Supervisor

The CASA Supervisor directly supports a team of trained CASA volunteers and Peer Coordinators with a caseload of children, ensuring that they have the timely guidance, information and support needed to advocate effectively for children’s bests interests.

The ideal CASA Supervisor cares passionately about the health and welfare of children, believes that abuse has no place in the home and understands that children who witness or experience abuse are forever affected. This role helps volunteers meet expectations through coaching; strong organizational, time management, and relational skills are essential.

At CASA of Lane County, we're always on the lookout for passionate individuals who are ready to make a difference. Our team is a diverse group of dedicated professionals committed to advocating for children in need.

In addition to staff roles, we offer ongoing volunteer opportunities for a CASA Advocate, Academic Advocate, or Friend of CASA. If you’re passionate about making a difference and think you’d be a great fit, we encourage you to explore these opportunities and apply! We’d love to have you join our team and contribute to our mission.

If these roles aren’t right for you, consider joining our Blue Bags program, attending a CASA event, or making a donation. Every action, big or small, helps us provide a powerful voice for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

Remember, your journey with CASA doesn't have to start with a job. It starts with a desire to make a difference. And we're here to help you do just that.
